Terry Hensel, CMPE, CPC

President/Owner/Founder

During her extensive career, Ms. Hensel has directed medical billing operations for multi-specialty, multi-location healthcare offices. Her experience includes performing compliance audits and providing training for physicians and staff on coding, billing and regulatory compliance. Currently, Ms. Hensel is providing advisory and consulting services for anesthesia and pain management providers in the Middle Tennessee area. Ms. Hensel is a Certified Professional Coder and a Certified Medical Practice Executive. She received her Bachelor’s degree from SUNY College at Brockport.

Career highlights prior to founding MedSelect Services (in successive order):

Ms. Hensel served as Director of Operations for 5+ years at Medical Business Management (acquired by CompOne Services.) CompOne is a large multi-specialty medical billing company based in Oklahoma City, OK.

Served as Director of Business Services for Prime Care Physicians, PLLC – a large 125 provider multi-specialty group practice in Albany, NY.

Regional Billing Manager and Corporate Compliance Officer for the Lifetime Healthcare Companies, in Rochester, NY.

In 1990, Ms. Hensel became the Practice Administrator for eleven years for a small group practice in Auburn, NY where she led the office to meet its financial goals and assisted in the development of ancillary programs in Laboratory, Diabetes Management and Osteoporosis.

Ms. Hensel began her career in healthcare and revenue cycle management as an Assistant Administrator for Yalich Management Company – a large Chiropractic and Rehabilitation Center in Baltimore, MD.

Kevin L. Kile, CMBS

Manager, Director of Operations

In Sept 2017, Mr. Kile was promoted to Director of Operations.

In Oct 2012, Mr. Kile completed an intensive training program to become a Certified Medical Billing Specialist.

Mr. Kile’s 10 year career highlights prior to joining MedSelect:

Served as Systems/Process Coordinator and Senior Account Representative for CompONE Services. Mr. Kile worked diligently with provider relations staff to resolve more complex billing issues. Mr. Kile was responsible for the set up and implementation of new systems and programs for all users.

Served as an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a large medical billing company in Binghamton, NY where he specialized in working new and old accounts receivable and writing high level appeals for payer reimbursement.

Served as Benefit Analyst/Claim Adjuster Tier 3 at Cigna Healthcare Insurance Company where he adjudicated claims and assisted patients with their questions.

Jennifer J. Schneider, CMBS

Revenue Cycle Manager

In October 2017, Ms. Schneider was promoted to Revenue Cycle Manager.

Ms. Schneider joined MedSelect Services in May 2011 to assist in managing the accounts receivable process. She is very skilled in working with all payers to resolve open claims and is extremely helpful to patients calling with billing questions. In June 2011, Ms. Schneider completed an intensive training program to become a Certified Medical Billing Specialist.

Prior to joining MedSelect Services, Ms. Schneider was a Medical Billing Associate for CompONE in Ithaca NY. She was responsible for accounts receivable follow up as well as patient collections for several different specialties.

Prior to CompONE, Ms. Schneider was a Customer Service Representative for the Family Health Network in Marathon, NY where she received and entered patient billing information to ensure clean claims.

Before that Ms. Schneider was a Receptionist for the Arleo Eye Institute in Ithaca where she excelled in her front desk responsibilities and notably earned Employee of the Month.
